As a speaker, I’m passionate about creating conversations that feel engaging, hopeful, and deeply human. My goal is to help audiences feel inspired, learn something new, and walk away seeing themselves—and others—in a new light. I strive to offer practical, evidence-based tools that can be applied immediately, while creating space for meaningful connection and reflection.

Speaking is one of the ways I love giving back and connecting with others—My journey into public speaking grew from a desire to give back and share what I’ve learned in the field, especially with other parents and caregivers navigating challenges similar to my own. I speak on topics including EMDR, play therapy and playful healing, burnout and self-care, parenting neurodivergent children, self-care for therapists, and finding faith through life’s challenges.
My speaking style is fun, interactive, innovative, and evidence-based, and I intentionally tailor each presentation to the audience—whether I’m speaking in corporate, academic, therapeutic, or community settings. I prepare by reviewing the latest research and learning about the unique needs of each organization, and I often arrive with a suitcase full of play therapy tools to keep sessions engaging and accessible.
Some of my most meaningful moments come after a talk, like when a mother once shared how excited she was to take what she learned home to support her newly diagnosed teenager. Above all, I hope every audience leaves knowing this truth: the resources needed to grow, heal, and move forward already exist within them—we just have to learn how to reconnect to them.

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities. Let's connect.
