As a therapist, speaker, and children’s book author, my work is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a deep belief in every person’s inherent worth. My own lived experiences—including navigating perinatal mood disorder, trauma, and parenting a neurodivergent child—have shaped my calling to create meaningful support for individuals and families facing life’s biggest challenges

As a therapist for over 15 years, I’ve felt a growing call to shift my focus toward educating, training, and speaking. My hope is to help people better understand trauma, care for themselves and others, and create spaces where healing, resilience, and connection can truly take root.

My story is shaped by compassion, resilience, and a deep belief that every person is worthy—exactly as they are. From a young age, I felt drawn to work rooted in empathy and care, where people are met with gentleness during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Growing up in Arizona as the daughter of a mother living with both physical and mental disabilities profoundly shaped my heart. It taught me to see strength in struggle and deepened my desire to walk alongside others when life feels heavy. Later, my own journey through a perinatal mood disorder became a defining chapter—one that clarified my calling and led me to open my own practice so I could support families facing challenges similar to my own. I believe healing begins when we reconnect with the resilience and wisdom already within us, and that remembering our inherent worth is essential to becoming who we were always meant to be.

Outside of my work, I find joy in creativity and connection—playing the piano, participating in musical theater, reading, taking walks with my children, and sharing stories together as a family. What fulfills me most is witnessing the quiet moment when someone realizes their worth has never been lost—that even in their most worn or imperfect seasons, their value remains unchanged. That truth guides both my therapeutic work and the stories I write, offering the reminder that even the darkest nights eventually give way to light.
